So I've been trying to get access to Foldit for the past... 10 minutes and this school won't let me. :(
It looks like a very cool game which also benefits the field of science. Basically, the objective of the game is to fold proteins in the best way possible. The players can also design their own proteins that could possibly prevent or treat diseases like Cancer, HIV, Alzheimer's, etc.
Meh. Want.
I'm gonna get this file on my flash drive and bring it with me tomorrow so I could play...

Halloween and NaNoWriMo

So I've decided that I might not have any time to dress up as any character for Halloween. Meh. I shall get myself some GL gloves (or any nerdy gloves) instead so I could wear them with my Zelda shirt and be awesome.
On another note, I'm still conflicted on whether or not I should give NaNoWriMo a try this year. I just don't think I'm capable of writing a novel. I'm not a bad writer, I can write essays for classes or for fun pretty well, but I tend to write better short stories.
So I still haven't decided on it. Maybe I will, maybe I won't.
This week is going to be full of conflicting decisions...

Hello, Mr. Freeze here. I have captured this “Ficstina” girl snooping around my place looking for clues that might give the Batman incentive to arrest me. She seems to be a klutz though, as she knocked over two of my trashcans and dented my mailbox (WHICH I JUST GOT LAST WEEK). I decided to freeze her (leaving her head free of course. I’m evil, not cruel) and place her in my living room as a nice centerpiece, but the kid wouldn’t shut up! She kept going on about how she hadn’t checked her “DA inbox” for a while and needed to thank all of the people for the favs they had given her. Now me being the evil, but not cruel man that I am, decided to answer her messages for her out of the goodness of my heart (because it had nothing to do with shutting her up) so, thank you kind person for favoriting this annoying child’s work. She really apprekldsjhgskdgdsjgdlskjdsfll;lllkaklsfdkjlsfadkjdfjfsdjkfll;sll;lsfldflsjfld Hey everyone, Ficstina here, I managed to hop my way out of the living room to his computer and knocked Mr. Snow or whatever his name is here out by head butting him against the keyboard.
